Common use of Control of Operations Clause in Contracts

Control of Operations. Under this contract, “Purchaser’s Operations” shall include activities of or use of equipment of Purchaser, Purchaser’s employees, agents, contractors, Subcontractors, or their employees or agents, acting in the course of their employment in op- erations hereunder on National Forest system lands or within Forest Service protection boundary (unless acting under the immediate supervision of Forest Service).
