Common use of Control of the Services Clause in Contracts

Control of the Services. The Contractor shall have control of the Services and shall effectively direct and supervise the Services using its best skill and attention. The Contractor shall supervise and direct the Services and all persons involved in the Services, including any Subcontractors. The Contractor shall be entirely responsible for compliance with the provisions of the Contract Documents by all Contractor Responsible Parties. The Contractor shall pay and satisfy all invoices, claims and accounts of any Subcontractor.
