Common use of Control of the Stations Clause in Contracts

Control of the Stations. Prior to the Closing, Purchaser shall not, directly or indirectly, control, supervise, direct, or attempt to control, supervise, or direct, the operations of the Stations; such operations, including complete control and supervision of all of the Stations programs, employees, and policies, shall be the sole responsibility of Seller until the Closing.
