Common use of Control of the Stations Clause in Contracts

Control of the Stations. Prior to the Closing Date, Buyer shall not, directly or indirectly, control, supervise or direct or attempt to control, supervise or direct, the operations of the Stations; those operations, including complete control and supervision of all of the Stations' employees and policies, shall be the sole responsibility of LIN.
