Common use of Control of the Stations Clause in Contracts

Control of the Stations. The purchase and sale transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall not be consummated until the Closing Date. Between the Execution Date and the Closing Date, Buyer, its employees or its agents, shall not directly or indirectly control, supervise or direct or attempt to control, supervise or direct the operation of the Stations, but such operation will be the sole responsibility and in the complete discretion of Seller. Until the Closing Date, Buyer’s interest in the Stations is limited to its rights under this Agreement and the Assignment Application.
