Common use of Control of the Stations Clause in Contracts

Control of the Stations. (a) Prior to the Closing, Heftel shall not, directly or indirectly, control, or attempt to control, the operations of the Z-Spanish Station; such operations, including complete control and supervision of all programs, employees and policies of the Z-Spanish Station, shall be the sole responsibility of Z-Spanish. (b) Prior to the Closing, Z-Spanish shall not, directly or indirectly, control, or attempt to control, the operations of the Heftel Station; such operations, including complete control and supervision of all programs, employees and policies of the Heftel Station, shall be the sole responsibility of Heftel.
