Control over Know-How and Patents. Avidity has Control over all Know-How and Patent rights owned by it or its Affiliates as of the Effective Date that are necessary or reasonably useful for the Research, development, registration, manufacturing (including formulation) or Commercialization of the Compounds and Products as known to be contemplated by this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
