CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES AND ALCOHOL. (a) The consumption or unauthorized possession of alcoholic beverages, or the illegal use or possession of Controlled Substances, is prohibited in all areas of the BNL site. Personnel who consume alcohol off-site or are found in possession of alcoholic beverages shall be restricted from entering BNL. (b) BSA reserves the right to conduct drug and alcohol screening randomly, and after any accidents.
