Common use of Controlled Unclassified Information Clause in Contracts

Controlled Unclassified Information. The parties understand that information and materials provided pursuant to or resulting from this contract may be export controlled, sensitive, for official use only, or otherwise protected by law, executive order or regulation. The Contractor is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in this Contract shall be construed to permit any disclosure in violation of those restrictions.
