Controlling Law and Severability. The interpretation, validity and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If a court of judicial jurisdiction finds any provision, or portion thereof, to be unacceptable, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall agree to submit to the People’s Court where the jurisdiction Company is settled.
