Controls for the Protection of Personal Data. eGain shall maintain appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards in place to ensure the appropriate confidentiality, integrity and availability of Customer Data, including Personal Data, as set forth in the Security Privacy and Architecture Documentation. eGain regularly monitors compliance with these safeguards. eGain will not materially decrease the overall security of the Services during a subscription term.
