Convalescence Pay Sample Clauses
The Convalescence Pay clause establishes an employee's right to receive compensation during a period of recovery from illness or injury. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which an employee qualifies for such pay, the duration for which it is provided, and any documentation required, such as a medical certificate. Its core practical function is to ensure financial support for employees while they are unable to work due to health reasons, thereby promoting employee well-being and reducing the financial impact of temporary incapacity.
