Common use of Converged Ethernet Access Clause in Contracts

In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $2,386.50 to $4,773.00 for 500 Meg - 1000 Meg Converged Ethernet Access at 4 NPA/NXX locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and Company.
