Common use of Converged Ethernet Access Clause in Contracts

Converged Ethernet Access. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $2,000 for OC-3 Type 3, GigE Converged Ethernet Access at 1 CLLI code mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. A 1 year term applies.
