Common use of Conversation Time Clause in Contracts

Conversation Time. For purposes of billing compensation for the interchange of Telecommunications Traffic, billed minutes will be based upon conversation time. Conversation time will be determined from actual usage recordings. Conversation time begins when the originating Party's network receives answer supervision and ends when the originating Party's network receives disconnect supervision.
