Conversion Agent to Notify Company of Conversions. If any Physical Note is submitted for conversion to the Conversion Agent and the Conversion Agent receives any notice of conversion with respect to a Physical Note, then the Conversion Agent will promptly (and, in any event, no later than two (2) Business Days following the date the Conversion Agent receives such Physical Note or notice) notify the Company and the Trustee of such occurrence, together with any other information in the possession of the Conversion Agent and reasonably requested by the Company, and will forward such notice and the Physical Note to the Company (or its designated agent) for purposes of the conversion. The Conversion Agent shall have no other duties or obligations with respect to the conversion of such Physical Note.
