Common use of Conversion to Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Conversion to Common Stock. Effective as of the date hereof, the Unpaid Salary (the “Converted Salary Amount”) shall be converted into 9,583 shares of the Company’s Common Stock (the “Conversion Shares”), at a conversion price equal to $12.00 per share. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Company shall instruct its transfer agent to issue such Conversion Shares in the name of Lender.
