Common use of Conveyance and Assignment Clause in Contracts

Conveyance and Assignment. Pursuant to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as of the Effective Date, Progressive hereby contributes, conveys, assigns and transfers to Aaron’s, and Aaron’s hereby accepts and acquires from Progressive, an undivided and equal ownership interest in all of Progressive’s right, title and interest in, to and under the Shared Software.
