Conveyance of Mortgaged Property. Except as otherwise expressly permitted by the Credit Agreement, Mortgagors shall not directly or indirectly encumber (by Lien, junior mortgage, or otherwise), pledge, convey, transfer or assign any or all of its interest in the Mortgaged Property, or any portion thereof, without the prior written consent of Bank.
