CONVEYANCES AND CONTRIBUTIONS Sample Clauses
The "Conveyances and Contributions" clause defines the process by which parties transfer ownership or rights to certain assets or property as part of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the specific assets being conveyed, the timing and method of transfer, and any conditions that must be met for the conveyance to occur. For example, it may detail the transfer of intellectual property, real estate, or cash contributions to a joint venture. Its core function is to ensure that all parties clearly understand what is being contributed, how and when the transfer will take place, and to prevent disputes over ownership or delivery of assets.
