Convicted Vendor List. Contractor warrants that it is not on the convicted vendor list for a public entity crime committed within the past thirty six (36) months. Contractor further warrants that it will neither utilize the services of, not contract with, any supplier, subcontractor, or consultant for an amount in excess of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) in connection with this Project is the supplier, subcontractor or consultant has been placed on the convicted vendor list within the past thirty six (36) months.
