Convicted Vendors. Loan Administrator shall disclose to DEO if they are on the convicted vendor list. A person or affiliate placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime is prohibited from doing any of the activities listed in Section I.F.1.e. above for a period of thirty–six (36) months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
