Common use of Cooperate Clause in Contracts

Cooperate. This agreement supports the mutual interests of the company and its officers to provide the most reliable operation for these tugs in support of firefighting and escort services, docking, and undocking of tankers at designated points. The parties to this agreement will use methods that will further to the fullest extent possible, the safety of the vessel’s operations, environment and personnel, while retaining above average standards and good economic operations. The parties to this agreement recognize that it is the duty of the company and officers to cooperate fully, individually, and collectively for the advancement of these conditions.
