Common use of Cooperation and Further Assurances Clause in Contracts

Cooperation and Further Assurances. Each of the Parties agree to provide such information, execute and deliver any instruments and documents and to take such other actions as may be necessary or reasonably requested by any other Party which are consistent with the provisions of this Agreement and which do not involve the assumption of obligations other than those provided for in this Agreement, in order to give full effect to this Agreement and to carry out the intent of this Agreement. The Parties agree to cooperate and act in good faith in connection with obtaining any credit support required in order to satisfy the requirements of this Agreement.
