Cooperation and Information. ADB and the Borrower shall cooperate fully to ensure that the purposes of the Loan will be accomplished. To that end, ADB and the Borrower shall: (a) from time to time, at the request of any one of them, exchange views with regard to any matters relating to the progress of the Project, the purposes of the Loan or the maintenance of the service thereof, the performance of their respective obligations under this Loan Agreement, and furnish to the other party all such related information as it shall reasonably request; and (b) promptly inform each other of any condition which interferes with, or threatens to interfere with, the matters referred to in paragraph (a) above.
