Cooperation by Holders. ETP shall have no obligation to include in the Shelf Registration Statement Common Units of a Holder who has failed to timely furnish such information which, in the opinion of counsel to ETP, is reasonably required in order for the Shelf Registration Statement or any prospectus or prospectus supplement thereto, as applicable, to comply with the Securities Act.
