Cooperation for proceedings. If any action or proceeding is brought by or against us in relation to this Agreement or arising out of any act or omission by us required or permitted under this Agreement, you agree to co-operate with us to the fullest extent possible in the defence or prosecution of such action or proceeding. 1. APPLICATION AND SCOPE 1.1. Scope of these Terms: These terms set out the basis on which we will provide the services referred to in the Agreement to you where you are acting as agent for a Counterparty. Where you are acting for your own account the terms set out in this Schedule 1 shall not apply.
