Common use of Cooperation in Pending Work Clause in Contracts

Cooperation in Pending Work. For two (2) months after the Separation Date, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to fully cooperate with Evoke in all matters relating to the winding up of pending work on behalf of Evoke and the orderly transfer of work to other employees of Evoke following ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ resignation. During the Severance Period, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall also cooperate in the resolution of any dispute, including litigation of any action, involving Evoke that relates in any way to ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ activities while employed by Evoke. Evoke shall pay ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with his services in this regard.
