Cooperation of Member Clause Samples

The Cooperation of Member clause requires each member of an organization or agreement to actively assist and collaborate with the group or other members in fulfilling shared obligations or achieving common goals. In practice, this may involve providing necessary information, participating in meetings, or supporting joint initiatives as needed. Cooperation of Member. If PCA notifies the Member that it intends to conduct such an audit, the Member shall make available or cause to be made available to PCA, or its designee, within ten (10) days following a written request therefor and during regular business hours, any and all information and material as may be reasonably requested by PCA, or its designee, for the purposes described in Article 7.1 above and otherwise give such cooperation as may be required by PCA, or its designee, including providing access to all Records and any other information in respect of transactions relating to the Products. The Member shall have the right to observe and be informed in respect of all audit activities conducted by PCA, or its designee, hereunder.
Cooperation of Member. If CESA notifies the Member that it intends to conduct such an audit, the Member shall make available or cause to be made available to CESA, or its designee, within ten (10) days following a request therefor and during regular business hours, any and all information and material as may be reasonably requested by CESA, or its designee, for its purposes and otherwise give such cooperation as may be required by CESA, or its designee, including providing access to all Records and any other information in respect of transactions relating to the Products. Cooperation of Member. If CALL2RECYCLE notifies the Member that it intends to conduct such an audit, the Member shall make available or cause to be made available to CALL2RECYCLE, or its designee, within thirty (30) days following a written request therefor and during regular business hours at its head office, any and all information and material as may be reasonably requested by CALL2RECYCLE, or its designee, for the purposes described in Article 6.1 above and otherwise give such cooperation as may be required by CALL2RECYCLE, or its designee, including providing access to all Records and any other information in respect of transactions relating to the Products. The Member shall have the right to observe and be informed in respect of all audit activities conducted by CALL2RECYCLE, or its designee, hereunder.

  • Termination of Membership You may terminate your membership by giving us written notice or by withdrawing your minimum required membership share(s), if any, and closing all your accounts. You may be denied services for causing a loss to the Credit Union, or you may be expelled for any reason as allowed by applicable law.

  • Admission of Member The Member is deemed admitted as the Member of the Company upon its execution and delivery of this Agreement.

  • Dissociation of a Member The withdrawal, resignation, retirement, disability, expulsion, or bankruptcy of a member will terminate the membership of the member in the Company. Such a member will be deemed a “dissociated member.”

  • Substitution of Members A transferee of any Membership Unit shall have the right to become a substitute Member only if (i) the requirements of Sections 7.1 and 7.2 relating to consent of the Executive Committee, securities law and tax law requirements hereof are met (ii) such Person executes an instrument satisfactory to the Executive Committee accepting and adopting the terms and provisions of this Agreement, and (iii) such person pays any reasonable expenses in connection with its admission as a new Member.
