Common use of Cooperation of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Cooperation of the Parties. Each party agrees to cooperate fully in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of any Licensed Patents under this Agreement and in the obtaining and maintenance of any patent extensions, supplementary protection certificates and the like with respect to any Patent claiming a Licensed Product being developed or commercialized by HaptoGuard or Sublicensees. Such cooperation includes, but is not limited to, promptly informing the other party of any matters coming to such party’s attention that may affect the preparation, filing, prosecution or maintenance of any Patents.

Cooperation of the Parties. Each party Party agrees to cooperate fully in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of any Licensed Patents under this Agreement Agreement, and in the obtaining and maintenance of any patent extensions, supplementary protection certificates and the like with respect to any Licensed Patent claiming a Licensed Product being developed or commercialized in the Field by HaptoGuard Company, its Affiliates or Sublicenseessublicensees. Such cooperation includes, but is not limited to, promptly informing the other party Party of any material matters coming to such partyParty’s attention that may affect the preparation, filing, prosecution or maintenance of any Licensed Patents.

Such cooperation includes, but is not limited to, promptly informing the other party of any matters coming to such party’s attention that may affect the preparation, filing, prosecution or maintenance of any Licensed Patents or Program Patents.

Such cooperation includes, but is not limited to, promptly informing the other party of any matters coming to such party’s attention that may affect the preparation, filing, prosecution or maintenance of any Patents.

Cooperation of the Parties. Such cooperation includes, but is not limited to, promptly informing the other party of any matters coming to such party’s attention that may affect the preparation, filing, prosecution or maintenance of any Patents.
