Common use of Cooperation of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Cooperation of the Parties. The Village and Contractor shall cooperate in the provision of the Work to be provided by Contractor pursuant to this Contract and in compliance with applicable laws, including, but not limited to, the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140/1 et seq. (“FOIA”), and the provision of any documents and information pursuant to a FOIA request. Contractor shall provide any and all responsive documents to the Village pursuant to a FOIA request at no cost to the Village.

(“FOIA”), and the provision of any documents and information pursuant to a FOIA request. Contractor shall provide any and all responsive documents to the Village pursuant in response to a FOIA request at no cost charge to the Village.
