Cooperation Procedures. (a) The Sponsor, the Master Servicer and the Trustee covenant to provide each other and to the Certificate Insurer with all data and information required to be provided by them hereunder at the times required hereunder, and additionally covenant reasonably to cooperate with each other in providing any additional information required by any of them in connection with their respective duties hereunder.
