COOPERATION WITH BUILDING MOVERS. The Licensee shall, upon thirty (30) days request of any person holding an appropriate permit issued by the Town, temporarily raise or lower its lines to permit the moving of any building or other structure. The expense of such raising or lowering shall be in accordance with applicable law.
