Common use of Cooperation with Others Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with Others. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mechanical will cooperate with Owner’s other contractors, if any, to facilitate coordination of the Work with the work of others. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mechanical shall not be required to check the quality or quantity of work performed by Owner or Owner’s contractors or subcontractors. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mechanical shall not have control over or responsibility for the construction, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures or for safety precautions and programs used by Owner or Owner’s contractors or subcontractors in connection with the Owner’s work or work of others and shall have no liability thereon.
