COOPERATION WITH OWNER. Manager shall cooperate in keeping Owner informed about the operation of the Project, including providing such information from time to time as Owner may reasonably request, and Manager shall also meet with Owner's representatives and Mortgagees, from time to time, upon reasonable request.
