Common use of Cooperation with Rating Agencies Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with Rating Agencies. In the event this Loan becomes an asset in or of a Securitization, Borrower agrees upon Lender's request to meet with representatives of the Rating Agencies in connection with such a Securitization to discuss the business and operations of the Individual Properties and, in that regard, agrees to cooperate with the reasonable requests of the Rating Agencies including, without limitation delivering any existing environmental materials relating to the Individual Properties in Borrower's possession.

Cooperation with Rating Agencies. In the event this Loan becomes an asset in or of a Securitization, Borrower agrees upon LenderAgent's request request, to meet with representatives of the Rating Agencies in connection with such a Securitization the Facility to discuss the business and operations of the Individual Properties each Mortgaged Property and, in that regard, agrees to cooperate with the reasonable requests of the Rating Agencies including, without limitation limitation, delivering any existing environmental materials relating to the Individual Mortgaged Properties in Borrower's or Guarantor's possession.
