Cooperation with supervisory authorities. 12.1 The Controller and the Processor shall cooperate, on request, with the Supervisory Authority. The Controller shall be informed immediately of any inspections and measures executed by the Supervisory Authority, insofar as they relate to the activities under this DPA.
