Common use of Cooperation with the Lessee Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with the Lessee. The Lessor, the Facility Lender and the Indenture Trustee shall, to the extent reasonably requested by Lessee (but without assuming additional liabilities on account thereof), at Lessee's expense, cooperate with Lessee in connection with its covenants contained herein including, without limitation, at any time and from time to time, upon the request of Lessee, to promptly and duly execute and deliver any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements and continuation statements related thereto) as Lessee may reasonably request in order to perform such covenants. Each of the Lessor, the Facility Lender and the Indenture Trustee agrees that, to the extent it shall obtain actual knowledge of the occurrence of an Event of Default, a Loan Agreement Event of Default or an Indenture Event of Default under the Operative Documents, it shall promptly notify Lessee describing the same in reasonable detail.
