Common use of Cooperation with the Lessee Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with the Lessee. The Indenture Trustee shall, to the --------------------------- extent reasonably requested by the Lessee, cooperate with the Lessee, at the Lessee's expense, to enable the Lessee to perform the covenants contained in Section 10.6 and to make such filings and recordings as the may be reasonably requested by the Lessee to accomplish the purposes of this Participation Agreement and the other Operative Documents, including, without limitation, at any time and from time to time, upon request of the Lessee promptly and duly executing and delivering any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto) as the Lessee may request in order to perform such covenants and to make such filings and recordings.
