Cooperative Research. The parties acknowledge that XOMA(US) and/or its Affiliates possess special knowledge and expertise with respect to the Compound and that in some circumstances cooperation between ALLERGAN and XOMA(US) would expedite the development by ALLERGAN of Products. The parties shall, from time to time, consider cooperative research and development on reasonable terms to be negotiated in good faith.
Cooperative Research. Research in which more than one institution is engaged in human subjects research. 45 CFR 46.114 states, “Cooperative research projects are those projects covered by this policy which involve more than one institution. In the conduct of cooperative research projects, each institution is responsible for safeguarding the rights and welfare of human subjects and for complying with this policy.”
Cooperative Research. 3.1 PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATORS. NCI research work under this CRADA will be performed by the NCI laboratory identified in the RP, and the NCI Principal Investigator (PI) designated in the RP will be responsible for the scientific and technical conduct of this project on behalf of NCI. Also designated in the RP is the Collaborator PI who will be responsible for the scientific and technical conduct of this project on behalf of the Collaborator.
Cooperative Research. 2.1. The purpose and object of this CRADA is to provide for the sharing of information and joint conduct of research and development investigations related to Electric Vehicle Research, scope, and obligations of the PARTIES pursuant to this CRADA are itemized in Appendix A. Each PARTY hereto agrees to utilize whatever personnel, facilities, equipment, skills, know-how, and information it considers necessary, consistent with its own policies, missions, requirements, and available resources.
Cooperative Research. It is recognized that significant opportunities will exist for cooperative research between the collaborating institutions. Such clearly beneficial activities may require specific arrangements. In view of the importance of cooperative research, collaborating institutions agree to give high priority to this within their overall relationships in the areas of sports science and human body, technology including engineering and robotics, energy, and earth and sustainability.

  • Application of Funding Techniques to Programs 6.3.1 The State shall apply the following funding techniques when requesting Federal funds for the component cash flows of the programs listed in sections 4.2 and 4.3 of this Agreement. 6.3.2 Programs Below are programs listed in Section 4.2 and Section 4.3.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets: a. are targets only, b. are provided solely for the purposes of planning, c. are subject to confirmation, and d. may be changed at the discretion of the Funder in consultation with the HSP. The HSP will proactively manage the risks associated with multi-year planning and the potential changes to the planning targets; and the Funder agrees that it will communicate any changes to the planning targets as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Collaboration 31.1 If the Buyer has specified in the Order Form that it requires the Supplier to enter into a Collaboration Agreement, the Supplier must give the Buyer an executed Collaboration Agreement before the Start date. 31.2 In addition to any obligations under the Collaboration Agreement, the Supplier must: 31.2.1 work proactively and in good faith with each of the Buyer’s contractors 31.2.2 co-operate and share information with the Buyer’s contractors to enable the efficient operation of the Buyer’s ICT services and G-Cloud Services
