Common use of Coordinating Council Clause in Contracts

Coordinating Council. Each party agrees to work with the Coordinating Council of Broward, or the agreed upon designated entity as the same may exist from time to time, to better coordinate the sharing of non-confidential information as authorized by state and federal laws and regulations so long as the sharing of said information does not conflict with FERPA or the policies and procedures of the parties or with any agreements between the parties that are not part of this agreement.
