Coordination and Communication. The Service Recipient and the Service Provider will each appoint a single service manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for the other Party for matters related to this Agreement, including handling of requests for changes in the Services (the “Service Manager”). Each Party shall also appoint one senior executive to serve as the primary contact for discussing material issues and handling escalations (“Senior Executive”).
