Common use of Coordination and Oversight Clause in Contracts

Coordination and Oversight. Licensee acknowledges that the City/DCASE will require coordination, which coordination may be necessary due to existing facilities, operations or other particular circumstances. Licensee acknowledges that any assistance or oversight provided by the City with respect to the Activity shall be provided at the City’s sole and exclusive discretion and convenience.
