Coordination of Efforts. Prosper will coordinate Project activities relevant to the Broadway Bridge with County as necessary to obtain County input. Prosper will share information from the County (such as the “Structural and Site Integrity” items from Section 2 of this agreement) with staff, partners, agencies, developers, and contractors as related to the Project and relevant to the Broadway Bridge.
