Common use of Coordination of Emergency Events Clause in Contracts

Coordination of Emergency Events. In case of an emergency, CITY will act to protect the public health and safety of its citizens and to protect public and private property, notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement. In the event addressing the emergency impacts the PERMITTEE’s Facilities, the CITY will make every reasonable effort to coordinate its emergency response with the PERMITTEE.
