Coordination of Other Work. The County shall have the right, at any time, to contract for and perform other work on, near, over or under the relevant Project Site; provided, however, such work does not materially interfere with the Manager’s Work on the relevant Project Site during construction. The Manager shall cooperate fully with the County and coordinate the Work to such other County work as may be directed by the County, subject, as applicable, to the possibility of County Fault.
