Copies of all Environmental Reports Sample Clauses
The "Copies of all Environmental Reports" clause requires one party, typically the seller or property owner, to provide the other party with all existing environmental reports related to the property in question. This includes documents such as Phase I or Phase II environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater test results, or any correspondence with environmental regulatory agencies. By ensuring that the buyer or lessee receives comprehensive information about the property's environmental condition, this clause helps identify potential liabilities and supports informed decision-making, thereby reducing the risk of unforeseen environmental issues after the transaction.
