Copies of any Amendments and Supplements to the Prospectus. Each of the Company and the Guarantor agrees to furnish to the Representative, without charge, during the Prospectus Delivery Period, as many copies of the Prospectus and any amendments and supplements thereto (excluding any documents incorporated or deemed incorporated by reference therein) and the Disclosure Package as the Representative may reasonably request.
