Common use of Copies of Board Minutes Clause in Contracts

Copies of Board Minutes. INFORMATION The Board will make available to the Association upon reasonable request and in reasonable time, copies of all Board agendas, minutes and other information available to the public. One current copy of the complete Board policies, administrative manual, and building handbook shall be kept in each building and shall be available to employees upon reasonable request. The Board shall provide the Association one copy of these documents at no cost to the Association.
