Common use of Copies of Certifications, Notices and Other Documentation Clause in Contracts

Copies of Certifications, Notices and Other Documentation. Promptly after receipt by the Escrow Agent from the Representative or the Buyer of any written certificate, notice, request, waiver, consent, receipt or other document, the Escrow Agent shall furnish a copy of any of such items to the Representative or the Buyer, as the case may be.
